We are proud to announce that since the combination of Enovation and Verklizan in April last year, we have now taken steps to strengthen our partnership. As a result, Verklizan will start to operate under the name of Enovation from 1st March 2020. This will mean that the Verklizan brand will no longer be used as we become fully integrated into the Enovation Group.
This will bring together our people, products, services and customer portfolios. Enovation’s experience of secure information exchange now enables Verklizan customers to distribute valuable information securely and efficiently from UMO to the rest of the healthcare chain. From hospital to patient and vice versa. This information, collected by UMO from 250+ telecare and telehealth devices, can be used in the development of new technology enabled services and in the further development of preventative care for vulnerable groups to control growing healthcare costs.
This means that you will soon benefit from a broader Enovation product portfolio, more knowledge and expertise in the field of connected care and eHealth applications. It will help you to respond to the changing needs of customers, with a greater focus on prevention, secured network care and the deployment of digital monitored care to the home. Together, we will create a sustainable way of providing and receiving care that is based on collaboration, eHealth and system integration. Efficient and secure information exchange about and with patients or service users plays a crucial role in this.
From 1st March 2020, you will receive news, updates and invoices displaying the Enovation brand name. The effects of this rebrand will be minimal for you, see below for the most important changes;
Your current contact person and contact details like address and phone numbers will remain the same as before.
The legal entity Verklizan Ltd will remain the same, operating under the trade name of Enovation Group. Company Registration Number, VAT Registration Number and bank details will all remain the same.
Terms and Conditions under your current contract will remain the same, with no contract assignment necessary, as there is no change to the legal entity.
UMO becomes Enovation UMO
As part of the rebranding, we will be combining products and names that we add to the Enovation product portfolio. The product name UMO will include the “Enovation” brand name like other Enovation modules, becoming Enovation UMO.
The cooperation with our partners will continue without change. As part of the rebranding, the logos for certified partners and certified devices have been adjusted to the new corporate brand:
How can you reach us?
Following the rebranding, the current Verklizan website will no longer be accessible. Information regarding Enovation UMO will be available at www.enovationgroup.com in the following language formats in addition to Dutch:
As part of the acquisition, we have changed the domain name of the email address. You can now reach employees and departments of Enovation (formally Verklizan) with the domain name ending in @enovationgroup.com instead of @verklizan.co.uk. Please apply the changes accordingly to ensure that this domain name is included in your list of secure addresses so that no important news or announcements are lost in spam filters etc.
If, however, you send an email using the ‘old’ Verklizan address, it will automatically be diverted to the new domain address.

As you can imagine, the transition to a new corporate identity is a comprehensive project and we will continue to implement the Enovation brand during the coming period.
